We welcome investors from any background, professional or otherwise, who are seeking fixed-rate returns on capital.
Capital will be deployed across a single high-specification wellness retreat asset in Valencia, Spain. This is not equity. You are not taking on project risk in exchange for upside. You are lending against a tangible asset at a fixed rate, with clearly defined repayment terms.
Minimum investment: €5,000
Fixed annual return: 12%
Minimum investment term: 5 years
Initial drawdown: 25% on commitment
Remaining 75% during development phase(s)

INVESTOR REFERRALS
We offer a tiered referral incentive for any investor who introduces new capital to Reviva. The incentive is calculated as a percentage of the referred investment amount and increases the longer you hold before redeeming.
Referral incentives tiers:
2% of referred investment – redeemed on opening
4% of referred investment – redeemed 1 year after opening
6% of referred investment – redeemed 3 years after opening
8% of referred investment – redeemed 5 years after opening
Example: A referral generating €300,000 in investment, redeemed at the 5-year tier, pays €24,000 (calculation is €300,000 x 8%)
