Hosting a retreat at Reviva begins with a conversation. We work closely with each group leader to create a stay that works commercially as well as experientially, built around your goals, your activities, your pace, and your community.

Reviva operates on a revenue share model with no fixed venue hire charge. Your earnings are calculated as a percentage of total guest revenue, with rates that increase in line with the overall value of your booking. Everything is open to discussion, we'll talk through your group, your commercial goals, and the type of experience you want to create together.

From your first enquiry to the final day on site, our team provides the guidance, structure, and support that make every stay seamless and personal.

  • We work in partnership with group leaders to create bespoke retreat experiences. Every booking begins with a conversation where we learn about your group, your goals, and the type of experience you want to create. Together we explore available dates, facilities, and how you want to structure your time at Reviva.

    Pricing is structured as a revenue share arrangement between Reviva and the host. There is no fixed venue hire charge.

  • Every retreat is priced and planned individually. All bookings include:

    • Daily housekeeping with room refresh and towel replenishment

    • Dedicated on-site support team available throughout your stay

    • Catering options including full-day meal programmes, arranged in advance with Reviva

    • Local transfer arrangements can be organised on request

    All guests will receive Reviva's Property Rules prior to arrival, setting out expectations for conduct, facilities use, and care of the property.

  • Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. We will always do our best to accommodate early or late arrivals where possible. If needed, we can offer a secure space for luggage storage until rooms are ready.

  • Our team supports every aspect of your retreat, from local activities and excursions to experiences such as spa treatments, massage therapy, guided tours, and cooking classes. We work closely with reliable local partners across a wide range of services. Wherever possible, our approach is to find solutions.

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due three months before arrival. All bookings operate on a non-cancellation basis. A security deposit equal to twenty percent of the total booking value is due fourteen days before arrival. We recommend travel insurance for all guests and organisers.

  • If your group would like to show their appreciation for the Reviva team, we suggest a gratuity of 5% of each guest's individual trip cost. Guests can contribute via a payment link we provide at the end of the stay, or cash is always welcome. 100% of gratuities go directly to the team.
